About:
During my time at IMEC I have had the opportunity to help grow manufacturers in the Northern Illinois area by creating and maintaining over 300 jobs. As the VP of Operations, I support the client engagement team and the team providing services to clients across the entire state of Illinois. I work with the teams to ensure we connect the right set of internal and external experts to deliver the type of change needed by our clients.
Our client services team works closely with our regional managers to identify the type of support and assistance needed to ignite Illinois manufacturing excellence and global competitiveness. We do this by working directly on projects that lead to outstanding financial results enabling companies to thrive.
My personal qualifications include a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA with a concentration in finance from LaSalle University. I am also a certified Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instructions, Job Relations and Job Methods Trainer and Coach, an OSHA authorized outreach trainer for general industry and am a certified trainer for Development Dimensions International (DDI).
